I Made The Team!




I am excited to announce that I, along with 7 other scrappy ladies are now the newest members of the Scraptastical Kreations Design Team!  


Lots of thanks to Kristy for believing in me enough to ask me to be a part of her awesome team. I look forward to this new adventure and getting to know my new DT sisters.

I wanted to design something for the occasion so I decided on the "Beary O Bears" pattern found here. We love Super Mario in this house and this set will soon be retiring so I wanted to get my hands on it before it's gone.

 My son Anthony is a BIG Anime fan. He goes to FanimeCon once a year. If you have no idea what I am talking about (I didn't know what it was til 3 years ago lol), Anime fans go to the convention dressed up as their favorite Anime or video game characters. It's quite a show and a great place to people watch. Ant is dressing up as Super Mario this year so I decided to make him some "contact cards" that he can hand out to new friends he makes, as a way for them to contact him later.




I cut the backgrounds at 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" (typical ATC card size). Then cut the characters to fit. Matted them, printed FanimeCon 2013 on the front along with my sons contact info on the back.

My son loves the "contact cards" and is now planning on learning how to work my cutting machine so he can make some of his own creations such as keychains and badges....so he says. lol

    So happy to be on the DT with you! I love this idea, it's so cute! I'm totally stealing it for my daughter. We are taking her to one in Tokyo this month. She will be dressed at Kaito, one of her favorite characters!

    LOVE LOVE LOVE these contact cards! How wonderful to share this with your son. I do hope he learns to use your cutter and shares some private time with you. My oldest loves to cut vinyl on my Cricut! I am a new follower from the Pimp Out Showcase Hop! *Hugs*
